Flooring Solutions is the largest floor covering store in Northeast Nebraska. It was founded in 2002 by Todd and Stephanie Pospisil. Todd has been in the flooring business for over 30 years.
We don't just sell flooring - we sell style, comfort, and design. We can customize any room from your entryway with a patterned carpet on the stairs, to the kitchen with a one of a kind backsplash. About the owners
Todd and Stephanie live in Norfolk and have three children, Taylor, Ashlen and Drew. Taylor is married to Jared Maguire and is currently doing her residency in Amarillo, Texas. Ashlen is married to James Brockhaus. She is a teacher and currently lives in Humphrey, Nebraska. Drew attends Northeast Community College and will be transferring to UNL. Todd has been in the flooring business for over 30 years. He is an avid golfer and has been an assistant coach for the Norfolk Catholic football team since 1991. Over the years he was a volunteer coach for many of his children’s sports activities. Stephanie has been in the flooring business for over 20 years. She enjoys golfing too – though she’s not as good as Todd. She also spent a lot of time involved in her children’s activities when they were growing up. Both of them have been involved in various service organizations and the community over the years and will continue to do so.
